LITO Travel™ Foldable Suitcase

I tried to return this but was refused. The item arrived late when it wasn't shipped using the method promised. When it did arrive, the flaps that unfold to enlarge the bag didn't line up with the Velcro that holds them in place. After one use, the lock stopped working. After three uses, the zipper tabs bent.

The company said in an email that they were aware of the quality problems, but refused to accept a return, even before the bag was ever used. Their excuse: you bought it on sale (they marked all new bags down, but because I bought that day instead of a day later, the CEO himself said I had no right to complain that the bag had a manufacturing defect.

I know they'll pull this review down, but I like reminding them that I'll never forget, and never stop posting my experiences with them everywhere I can.

Bought the carry-on and it holds more than I realized and is sturdy but stylish. The front pocket is handy. Love that it folds for storage since I have a small place.

Everything perfecto, a little bit late but the product its perfect.

I'm very happy with my luggage, very durable, easy to maneuver, and not heavy with a sleek modern look. When I had an issue with something, I received a response in a timely fashion and the resolution was accomplished. Thank you Lito.

This bag only lasted one trip. It had a dent after the fist leg of the trip and a dent after I came back + the canvas at the extendable part was ripped off. The so called lifetime warranty is non existent as I was told to seek the airline for damages. Don’t waste your money. Not worth the extra $$ for a few inches of extra space.
